Play2Employ
The project “Play2Employ – Building Youth Skills Through Play“ aims to improve the social and economic inclusion of marginalized youth in rural areas across the Western Balkans by enhancing their employability through innovative, high-quality, and inclusive educational programs that integrate sport-based methodologies, while fostering regional cooperation.
The primary target group of the project will include marginalized youth aged 14-18, specifically those from rural areas, students in Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools, and attendees of lifelong learning centers. These young people often face barriers such as limited career guidance and lack of exposure to opportunities.
The project is implemented in partnership with: Qendra “Epoka e Re” Fier, REGSO and Play International Western Balkans.
Play2Employ is part of the BOOST Balkans programme, an initiative funded by AFD – Agence Française de Développement and led by ALDA – European Association for Local Democracy, aimed at strengthening civil society across the Western Balkans.
