Training of Trainers – Goal4Equality

We successfully completed the Training of Trainers, as well as the second meeting within the Goal4Equality project!

Last week, the Trainers Training took place which focused on developing specific knowledge on methodologies for increasing women’s participation in football, as well as the importance of inclusion of marginalized women. During the training, the created Trainers and Instructors Manual was shared, offering additional insight into the processes and programs. The participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the theoretical part, where they learned about methodologies for developing skills through sports, and the practical part, where they experienced the methodology in the field.

During the Second Meeting with partners, we discussed the next activities, including strategies to increase the visibility and dissemination of the project. 

 The aim of the project is to promote and popularize women’s football, to advance education and training through football and to create a supportive environment for young girls and women, especially from marginalized communities.

Empowering all women and girls through sports development is our main goal! Through sports, we learn about teamwork, discipline, ethics and together we build ourselves into healthy and responsible individuals.

Our partners in the project are Kinesis and ŽFK Mashinac, whose partnership is key to achieving these results.
